Submitting a website form, sending an email, calling us or requesting an inspection does not create a service contract or guarantee an appointment.

Service requests are subject to scheduling, service-area availability and our acceptance. We may contact you using the information provided to discuss your request, arrange an inspection or provide information about our services.

You agree to provide accurate information and confirm that you are authorized to request service at the address submitted.

Estimates and Service Agreements

Website descriptions, promotions and preliminary conversations do not constitute a binding service agreement.

Pricing, treatment details, service schedules, warranties and other applicable terms will be provided separately. If a signed service agreement conflicts with these Website Terms regarding purchased pest-control services, the service agreement will control.

Pest-Control Information

Treatment recommendations depend on the pest species, property, level of activity and surrounding conditions. References to natural, naturally derived or conventional products do not promise that a particular product or method will be appropriate for every property.

Customers are responsible for following preparation, access and post-treatment instructions provided in connection with a service.

Promotions

Promotional offers are subject to the terms presented with the offer and may be limited to qualifying services, service areas or new customers. Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated.

The new-customer $65 savings offer is subject to service availability and any additional terms communicated when an appointment is scheduled. Happy Earth may modify or discontinue promotions as permitted by law.

Communications

When you provide an email address or telephone number, you authorize Happy Earth to contact you regarding your inquiry, inspection, appointment or service.

Happy Earth does not use the website contact form to enroll visitors in promotional email or text-message programs.

Acceptable Use
